As the need for certified proof pressure testing continues to increase due to tighter Government and industry standards, know that we've been performing hydrostatic proof pressure testing for years due to our long history of serving military contracts. Hydrostatic proof testing is done in accordance with ASTM D380 Test Methods. 

We also now offer up to 8" crimping capability to assure quality hose assemblies - a service that simply cannot be found anywhere else in the St. Louis market.

Continuity Testing

Chemical and petroleum plants, food processing, breweries - these are just a few of the many industries now demanding continuity testing. We perform static dissipation continuity testing to typical maximum resistance of 1.5 ohms per linear foot of hose when connected to hose ends.

Custom CNC Lathe & Milling

We offer custom fabrication (lathe/mill/welding) of custom fitting, manifolds and assemblies (carbon steel, aluminum, stainless steel) to your specific fluid conveyance needs with quick turnaround times.

Custom/Engineer Fluid Systems

Our in-house engineering includes extensive design capability in both AutoCAD and SolidWorks 3D CAD design software. We operate from a 60,000 square foot manufacturing facility that allows for a single source design to build platform fabrication utilizing AWS certified welders MIG/TIG/Stick welding of carbon steels, cast steels, stainless steels and aluminum. We have both CNC mills and lathes and can fabricate custom fittings to complete fully-integrated, modular skid mounted, automated controlled fluid conveyance systems to our customer's design. Our manufacturing staff has over 35 years of experience in manufacturing military potable water and fuel transfer and dispensing systems and components.

Hose Assembly

From one-off assemblies created while you wait to custom fitting up to 5,000 pieces that can be shipped anywhere in the world, we've got you covered. Milpaws offers in-house overseas crating services to IMPI (Wheat Stamp) Certifications when required.

Crimp capability from 3/16” ID to 8” ID hardwall hose, and to 12” ID for layflat hose.

Hydrostatic Testing

Performed in accordance with ASTMD380 guidelines, our proof tests are conducted at 150% of working pressure to assure the integrity of the assembly. Certified test results listing test pressure and other key stats can be tagged to all hoses providing proof of performance.

Proof test - up to 12" ID - 300psi; up to 2" ID - to 10,000psi
